Does anyone know an EL Expression to keep tip text to display only for one page in Performance?

Summary:

We are adding tip text in our year-end Performance Document with steps for managers and employees. However, the tip text displays for both managers and employees. Is there an EL Expression or any other solutions to have tip text displayed for managers and one for employees?
