Why are we not seeing the details in the Shared With, Alignment and Notes section of the goals?

Summary:

When accessing a goal via the Performance Document, the details in the Shared With, Alignment and Notes section of a goal is no longer visible once Performance Document is in Completed status.

PATH: Me -> Career and Performance -> Performance -> select Performance Document (Mid-Year/Annual Review) -> in the Evaluation Topics section, select the Goals hyperlink -> select the Goal name hyperlink
