Fast formula for the overall rating in the performance document

Summary:

Hello,

the client implement the performance management process. During the process they also have the step where manager ask the participant feedback.

By standard the overall rating of the PD is due to only the manager evaluation. We would like to include in the overall rating also the evaluation from participant. Are there some FAST FORMULA that include the participant feedback in the overall rating of the document?
