Auto update of competencies using Job model profile in the Performance doc once employee changes Job

Summary:

Auto update of competencies using Job model profile in the Performance doc once employee changes Job.

Instead of creating new performance document, we need to auto-update competencies for same existing Performance document.

Hi Team,

We have created multiple Performance templates abd called Competencies using Job model profiles. Once Performance document created for employee with respective competencies from Job-A. Once employee changes Job - A to B, then how to auto-populate competencies from Job model profile - B.

We notice there is Import & Update competencies feature in the Performance document, but it would update competencies from the same Job - A. Appreciate if there is a solution for this use case.
