Can we load data for a questionnaire under a checklist for employees?

Summary:

Can we load data for a questionnaire that is under a checklist for employees and also mark the checklist as complete in bulk?

Scenario: We want to capture the Covid vaccination data, that is being done under Checklist which has two tasks (1 answer some questions 2 upload vaccination card which will be saved under DoR). This is working fine and we are able to report on this data, however, the client has an additional requirement that; they already have this information for a certain set of people in excel and they want to load this data instead of asking those users to complete the checklist.
