Νο shapes available to create a VM

Summary:

I would like to create a VM to attach my "Available" Boot Volume and retrieve my data

Trying to resize my boot volume, I have detached it from my VM and tried to resize it and I get this error:

So I terminated my VM to create one from scratch to attach the boot Volume. Unfortunately this led me to the following problem:

I tried to open a support request to follow up my issue but I couldn't assign a "Service Type":

Now I am stuck in this situation, where I have the Boot Volume but can't retrieve my data which is most critical for me.
