Is 'Set next period goals' task is available for Standard Performance Documents in 22B?

Summary:

I am trying to setup a standard performance document that would have also 'Set Next Period Goals' included but I don't seem to find out this task in the process flow? Is this this applicable?


Later edit:

I noticed that certain users were able to bring back this task by using Page Composer to enable 'Set next future Goals' in the process flow page. I tried it and indeed one can enable this with page composer in the flow. What are the risks of using this task enabled like this if not set by default? Are there any risks?
