Section Rating based on Line Manager and Participants Rating

Is it possible to use FF for the Section Rating to be based on both Line Manager and Participants Ratings?

Content (required):

We have a requirement to Calculation the section rating based on the following formula

KPIs Rating = Line Manager Rating x 60% + Dotted Line Manager x 40%

or

KPIs Rating = Line Manager Rating x 50% + Previous Line Manager x 50%

The above rules should be applied to all the Performance Document Sections as well as the Final Score.
