Custom Workflow FYI notification

Summary:

Hi,

Recently I have received a requirement where I want to disable one Goal's Notification when Worker Creates or Update a Goal. Although I have disabled these two notifications from Goal Management Notification Settings but still Notifications are enabled and sent to Manager.

So is there any configuration needs to be disabled in BPM?
