Evaluation/Comments section missing for manager in evaluation.

Summary:

I have an anomaly where one of my matrix managers (Career Coach in our system) is unable to see/add the Career Coach Input in the Overall Summary. They are also unable to see/add their input in the Coach Input field in the Your Recap section. This same user has been able to view and add input for other coachees/employees assigned to them so this is not a security issue.

I have confirmed this is the matrix manager in the employee's record and the evaluation is assigned to this matrix manager.

Has anyone else ran into an instance such as this?
