Edit in use Performance Template

Summary:

Performance Template created is already in use, would like to know the possibility of somehow editing it.

Content (required):

Performance Template Section was created for Goals- and items, item comments were enabled. While creating Performance Template, only for 1 template and for this particular section for Goals, the items and item comments checkbox was not defaulted to enabled.

Performance Templates are now is use and I would like to know if there is a way to somehow edit the template and enable the items, item comments in it.
