EL for Users Assignment Country/Absence Country

Summary:

Would like to know whether there is a way to get the users assignment country or absence assigned country from the apply absence page.

There is a requirement to enable a page personalization for specific countries on apply absence page. tried with country-specific page personalization but it doesn't work. is there a way to get the country of the user assignment/absence assigned country so that personalization can be enabled/disabled based on EL?
