Checklist Tasks - How to set due dates?

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to figure out how to set due date for the checklist's task, for example set the due date 2 weeks before the hiring date, yet if you notice the screenshot, we have target duration, offset days and delay duration:

Does anyone know how to set the due date for the checklist's tasks?
