“Performance Review Notifications” Need to add Deeplink in email notification for Managers

Summary:When employee completes their self-assessment, a notification / email goes to Manager , We require to add deep-link in email notification , when manager click on hyperlink it should land up to the page for employee and Manager can evaluate their employee and submit performance document.
