Overall summary section - Employee comments asterisk (*) symbol

we are trying to keep the asterisk symbol (*) for employee comments in Overall summary section.

If we personalize with label change or "show required" check box in components it is impacting other section (Goals and competencies, etc.,) so how to restrict only with Overall summary section
