Published_Flag is blank in HRG_GOALS table

Number of records in the HRG_GOALS table where the 'Published_Flag' column in the HRG_GOALS table is blank.

Hello,

Per my understanding the published_flag column in the hrg_goals table should either be Y or N. Y if it the 'share with organization' checkbox is checked during goal creation and N if the checkbox is unchecked or the checkbox is not shown to the employees based on their roles.

Has anyone seen this issue.

We're trying to build a report to pull information based off this field and noticed there is some issue and unable to proceed.
