Is there a way to capture and show the dates when the different tasks and stages were done?

Summary:

Client has legal requirement to document when the various stages of appraisal were done e.g. set goals, self evaluation, employee final signoff, manager final comment etc. They were looking for these dates in the printed pdf at the end of evaluation. However the pdf has no dates (apart from the start and end date of document).

Is there a way or place where we can see when the individual tasks were completed?

or, Can the pdf be edited so as to include the dates of completion of individual tasks?
