How to restrict the feedback option.

Hi All,

In the career and performance page, there is Feedback section. Inside, there is "Feedback request about me". When employees click on "Add" they are able to get the feedback request from everyone(even from CEO). Is there any way to restrict this? so that employee's feedback can only be given by Managers or certain group of employees.

Navigation : Me>career and performance> Feedback.

And also i would like to get the table name or subject area to fetch the information from this section.
