How to enable FYI notification on particular Performance task

How do we enable a FYI notification to be triggered to the Manager once the Manager completes the worker self-evaluation task? Secondly, how do we enable a FYI notification to be triggered to the Manager once the Manager completes the 'Share Performance' task (Shares and Release)?

How do we enable a FYI notification to be triggered to the Manager once the Manager completes the worker self-evaluation task? Secondly, how do we enable a FYI notification to be triggered to the Manager once the Manager completes the 'Share Performance' task (Shares and Release)? These two steps only triggers a notification to the Employee but not the manager and we need the manager to be reminded to continue taking action otherwise, they would forget or doesn't realize there are more steps to the performance process. Attached are our current notifications setup for reference.
