Can the goal plan start/end dates be updated once it's live?

Summary:

While creating the goal plan I put wrong start and end dates. Now all the goals being created under that plan are defaulting to these dates, as expected.

Is there a way to mass update the goal plan start and end dates? Like something similar to mass update of performance document due dates
