[URGENT] Due date functionality on performance document tasks

Dear experts, We are ready to kick off performance cycle and have received a new requirement of putting due date on employee self evauation. Since go live is tomorrow, I do not have ample time to test the functionality. I am requesting if someone can help understand the functionality of due date when added to employee self evaluation task. Once the due date is passed, does system prevent employee from completing self evaluation? Once due date is passed, does the document automatically gets moved to manager evauation if employee still hasnt completed? What would employee/manager see
