Dear Exeperts, In Profile rating model where rating levels are created to show up on performance document, we would like to switch the column values. So what's in Short description we have should be moved under Name and vice versa. What are the impact if I switch these values on existing model we have? Apart from past year performance documents, there are some analytics in compensation that has rating distribution so I assume that would have impact. Other than these, are there any other impacts?

I would appreciate your prompt responses! All these changes have been requested very last minute before going live so trying to udnerstand.
