Unable to find "Monitor Missing documents " task

Team -- we are on 22 D and implementing Performance Management. I recall seeing a release note on 19 C , that this "Monitor Missing documents" and "Monitor Late tasks" task was no longer available.

However , also noted later folks had been able to still use them in 20 C .

I currently cannot find these despite having the delivered Human Resource Specialist role .

Looked for " visibility " under Structure as well.

Any help is appreciated . Is this still a valid task
