Self Assessment Notifications not matching submission status

Summary: We have leaders reporting that they are receiving notice of self assessment task completion for employees, but the self-assessments are still in progress on the employee side.

Content (required): At first we thought this might just be user error but are having an increasing number of incidents where leaders are reporting having received a self-assessment task complete notice, yet this does not match the status of the self assessment (and roll backs haven't been occurring). Starting down the SR route but thought, given the time of year, I'd check to see if this sounds like something you might be experiencing or have experienced.
