need to delete an active check in template

We are currently in UAT testing and we accidentally enabled a check in template for over 600 users.

While some started using it , we are unable to inactivate the same .

Its also almost impossible to find out who has used the template .

We need to disable this from the UAT testers view urgently . Any pointers on how we can do this can help
