Decimal precision in SCM

Summary:

How is Decimal precision used in various module in SCM

Content (required):

INV_QUANTITY_DECIMAL_PRECISION is defined as 5. I expect it to be used for displays and calculations in all of SCM consistently - My immediate concern is with discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing work orders. I am trying to show the 2 work definitions side by side. Discrete WD is based on a BOM defined for per unit of assembly produced. Process WD is defined using a batch size . The work order qty is 100 (not a multiple for batch size)

in Process work order, it shows components in 5 decimals whereas in discrete it shows it in 2 decimals. The numbers end up looking different when I am trying to showcase the 2 side by side. Is there another profile that I am missing for discrete to show all 5 decimals. I expect both to look exactly the same.'

Howdy, Stranger!
