A new goal is added to an existing Goal plan and batch job is run Do the employees get the new goal?

Hi friends,

I tried to look for an answer in the documentation but all I found was the steps to add a goal to an individual's goal plan. Could be looking at wrong place.

I want to know if the goal is added at the 'entire' Goal plan level (not to any individual's), is it mass assigned to everyone that has that particular Goal Plan?
