Duplicate Performance Document (Probation Review)

Summary:

Hi,

Our company is currently setup with 3 month probation review that triggers at 14 days prior to the 3 month probation completion date. We usually add a period year for every year (i.e. 2021, 2022, 2023) and then schedule the Assign Performance Document process on a daily basis.

However, all employees are getting assigned duplicate probation review documents in following years even though they have already completed their initial one. How can I avoid this so that employees who have completed their Probation Review does not receive a duplicate Probation Review when next year hits.

Our eligibility criteria with FF for -14 days is as shown below:
