For our 2018 Performance cycle, we are moving away from using the item comment fields, and instead will use only the Section comment fields for Goals and Competencies. Is there a way via Page Composer (or some other way) to have the Section Comment field already expanded when an employee or manager goes to each section, so that it looks like the screen shot below by default?
