Not able to include more than 7 Rating option on a Talent Review Template

Content (required):

I have created 5 custom ratings under Person Profiles and not able to include all of them along with the seeded ones provided by Oracle. I need to be able to use more than 7 ratings on a single Talent Review Template. After I added 7 Rating Options, the Add button is getting greyed out. Is there an option to raise the number of allowed ratings?
