Can I Edit Subject Line of Seeded Email Notification of Goals

I want to edit seeded Email Notification's Subject Line but I am unable to find the Subject Line in Goals Task.

I have referred many documents to add subject Line in Goals Notification but do anybody know where I can find the seeded one in which task.

Like

When Worker add Goal

When Worker Deletes Goal

When Worker updates the Completed Goal
