LOV of competencies not showing up on Skills and Qualifications Page

Hi,


We have modeled Job profile having functional and leadership competencies mapped to job. When a new employee is hired ; on his skills and qualifications page ; for both the competencies the LOV below is not showing up. Please note , we have implemented spider graph and for the functional competencies spider graph is showing up correctly as verified with Job profile , leadership no spider graph plus both LOVs not showing up below the graph.

Is it expected behavior? Or competencies from JOb profile should populate irrespective of them being rated on PD?
