eSignature Query - Journeys

Hi All,

 

We have a requirement for eSignatures in Journeys.

 

The ask is that we don't want to populate the eSignature field in the eSigned document until the worker completes the form i.e. clicks the ‘Done’ button.

Below is what we want to achieve.

 

1.) Worker do not provide Name and Email in the eSignature form.

2.) Worker clicks 'See Document'.

3.) The generated PDF do not get populated with the Name and Email details.

4.) Worker provides Name and Email in the eSignature form.

5.) Worker clicks 'See Document'.

6.) The generated PDF should NOT get populated with the Name and Email details.

7.) Worker clicks Done button.
