Translations of Person Profile Content Section

Hi Everyone,

you all must have seen the different content type listed in Person profile which are visible on Skill and Qualification. Could you please help me to know where are the translations are stored for them I mean which table, we renamed some labels and created some custom content type (free form ) which we added to Person profile -- Manage Profile Types--> Person --> Content Section, now we need to add the translations for the different labels of these Content type attribute.

As you can see in the attached image under content properties there are columns and labels (they are custom not seeded) we want to load translations for them, for seeded content types there are translation and we don't know in which table they are stored.
