The participant feedback is not correct, how I can return to the participant?

Hi,

We are in the middle of the performance evaluation proccess and we are noticed that the comments in the  participant feedback are not givin us the correct information. So we need to return the comments to the participants so they are filled out correctly. How can we do this?
