After managers Share and Release the document to employees, the final step of our process is for the employee to complete worker final feedback. Somehow, we have 3 or 4 employees (out of 54,000+) who seemingly were able to complete the final feedback step without the Share and Release task being completed (at least the data in the table indicates that, as we see the weird results in a report that lists the status of different tasks). Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what could cause this to happen?
