Hide 'Add Performance Goal' in My Team UI

Summary:

Navigation -> My Team -> My Team ->Eclipse ...

When managers follow the above navigation one of the options that displays when the manager clicks the eclipse is "Add Performance Goal". Please see attached screen shot.

Oracle has told us that adding performance goals from this navigation is no longer supported.

So, we would like to hide the "Add Performance Goal" option.

Does anyone know how we can go about this?
