Questionnaire in Talent Profile

 Hi Team,

 

Please let me know is there any option to capture the below details in Employee talent profile:

 

Need to set the exit interview Questionnaire and maintain the feedback collected during the exit interview.

Ad-hoc question and additional questions to the exit interview templates need to be added whenever required. HR must do the exit interview and record the results there against the employee.

The captured information must not be visible to the employee until his last working day.
