Unsubmitted Expense Report Listing

Is it possible for either AP team or an Admin to get a list of unsubmitted expenses - ie ones not yet submitted for line manager approval?

Audit Expense gives every other status, been asked how much our employees have not yet submitted. Must be on a table somewhere and accessible via sql?

Using Cloud 22D (11.13.22.10.0)
