Differential profile is not editable on salary basis

On the salary basis page, differential profile ready only greyed out and unable to edit it

We need to remove and add a differential profile to an existing salary basis and new salary basis respectively. But I see the differential profile ready only greyed out and unable to edit it on salary basis page.
