Displaying Qualification Plans section on ESS Absence Page

Dear Experts:

Looking on the possibility to display Qualification Plan section as well on ESS Absence Page in addition to Accrual Plan and Compensatory Time Plan. They way it comes for Admin -> Manage Absence Records.

PS - We checked the possibility through Page customization to enable the component if it is hidden here, but zero potential found.
