Performance Document - Synchronized Goals

Need to understand conditions for goals to synchronise to performance documents

Hi all,

Our business are seeking additional information regarding how performance goals sync to the performance document when the ORA_HRA_SYNCHRONIZED_GOALS  profile option is enabled. We find this to be highly useful, however in some cases we are concerned that employees will not be able to manage their goals throughout the year as easily.

For example:

1. Worker Transfers between business units (not global transfer) and is now performing in different role.
2. Worker adds different goals for new role requirements and updates previous to complete.
