For a work shift spanning the midnight, absence entry should not divide the shift

We expect that an annual leave entry that will start or end in the middle of the shift cannot be done for shifts covering two days.

For example, let's say the employee's shift is 4th of January 9 p.m. - 5th of January 9 a.m. Our expectation is that we should not be able to enter an absence that will start on 5th

of January. Currently the system behave that way: When we enter 4th of January as the start date, the start time is defaulted as 12:00 Am, which is actually the middle of the shift, so that absence entry divides the shift into two, which is not appropriate. Our expectation is that the starting day for such a leave entry will be forced to be selected as January 4th, 9 p.m.

Howdy, Stranger!
