Provide accrual time to new hires who have no gaps in employment (Core HR and Absence)

Summary:

A client would like to provide additional accrual to new hires who have no gaps in employment prior to them being hired.

To give an example, an employee was working in the organization ‘A’ and then hired by organization "B", so if the time duration between joining B from organization A is less than a year in employment, then in that case this employee will get more than expected accrual.

Need a process for this to be done automatically.

Content (required):

Additional accrual time for let less than one year of gap in employment.

Core HR to Absence to automatically calculate the accrual.
