calibrate overall section rating using compensation worksheet

Summary:

We are using compensation plan for rating calibration but we dont have the overall summary rating. We want to calibrate the overall goals and competency rating, but the changes done in worksheet are not getting updated in the performance document.

Is this possible to achiver?
