Default primary job as business title Switcher please Add in Absence

Summary:

Oracle has introduced the configuration of Business Title Switcher information in various Responsive UI pages. For Ex: Employment Info, Change Assignment, Change Manager, etc. but not yet in Absence.

Description (Required): Currently, if employee has multiple assignments, "ALL" is displayed as business title by default when entering absence via Me -> Time and Absence -> Add Absence,

it should be defaulted to employee primary job title and if employee would like to apply for non-primary job, they can select the other business title.
