Time Entry Actions Allowed

Summary:

We have entered the number of days before and/or after that a Worker and Manager can make time card updates however this also prevents the Time and Labor Admin from performing Time card updates during those periods.

How do we allow a TL Admin to update a time card that has action restrictions placed on it through the Time Entry Actions Allowed page? The Time Entry actions allowed page has a Worker and Manager tab, but it also appears to apply those restrictions to Admins. Is there a way to open it up for Admins even though the time card is locked down to Workers and Managers? See screenshot below where I have restricted time card editing for approved timecards to 5 days before. This also restricts admins.
