How to configure Time card approval rule based on worker contract type

We have a requirement to configure Time card approval rule based on worker contract type. For certain contract type, it should get auto-approved and for others LM approval.

I could not find contract type attribute while setting up the rules.

How can we accomplish this? Or kindly suggest any alternate solutions.
