Can we configure different configurations for different Goal Plans?

Summary:

We need to imlement measurement section for Store Director Goal Plan (Retail associates) but not for the Backstage Goal Plan. Is there a way to make this visible only for one Goal Plan and not for the other if you have multiple Goal Plans?
