I have a requirement where employee has positive balance in PTO accrual plan, they are seasonal employees so they get terminated and when they rehire they should retain the remaining balance during rehire. They don't get paid off . when they rehire the balance shows zero and user does balance adjustment for remaining balance that they had during termination. During termination they did nothing for the remaining balance. The issue is now relationship inception balance is adding up remaining balance during termination and balance adjustment during rehire. Can someone help if there is process to Zero out positive balance during termination?
